To enhance user engagement and streamline the shopping experience, POISON developed an interactive, shoppable homepage on the Shopify platform, designed to captivate users from the moment they land on the site. This innovative homepage turns browsing into an immersive experience, allowing customers to seamlessly explore and shop featured products in a visually dynamic and interactive way.
Concept and Design:
Our approach was to create a homepage that felt both inviting and intuitive. Featured collections and bestsellers were showcased in a visually engaging layout, incorporating clickable hotspots on lifestyle images and product close-ups. Users can hover to reveal product details and directly add items to their cart without leaving the homepage, creating a fluid shopping experience that minimizes friction.
Interactive Elements and UX/UI Development:
Each interactive element was designed with user behavior in mind, from animations that guide users’ attention to strategically placed calls-to-action. We focused on a clean, responsive design that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile, ensuring that users could enjoy the experience on any device. Integrated product carousels, quick-view pop-ups, and rich media (like video backgrounds) bring the products to life, immersing users in the brand’s story and offerings.
